Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Customers must provide a valid order number and proof of purchase.
- Customer dissatisfaction, misjudgment, or self-inflicted damage are not eligible for returns.

Refund Process
- Once returned items are received and inspected, we will process the refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and usually take 7-10 business days.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
Non-returnable Items
- Badminton products are non-returnable due to subjective personal differences and their low-profit nature.
- Custom products, underwear, and swimwear are non-returnable.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly exchange, refund, or repair it in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, provided you have proof of purchase.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law:
- You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
- If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to repair or replacement.
Some products may require assessment by the manufacturer or their repair agent before a resolution is provided.
🔹 Refunds, repairs, or replacements may be refused in cases where the product has been substantially modified, misused, or intentionally damaged.
Gift Card Policy
Non-refundable
- All gift card purchases are non-refundable.
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months. After expiration, any remaining balance is forfeited.
Usage Terms
- Gift cards can only be used in our store and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If lost or stolen, we are not responsible for a refund, but we can assist in tracking it with proof of purchase.
Returns & Refunds
- If a gift card was used to pay for an order, refunds will be issued back to the gift card.
- Gift card balances cannot be converted to cash.
Purchase Terms
- All prices are before taxes, and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for delivery delays due to forces beyond our control, such as third-party shipping issues.
